I have John deere 6170m 2016. And i want instal autosteer with rtk and hydraulic steering? What i need? Where start? Please help!!

Start at the beginning.

You are going to need an autosteer circuit, a GNSS unit (probably two of these), a steering wheel motor, laptop or two, some other small bits and a lot of patience!
