Create own RTK Base Stations?

Is it possible to create like 3-4 cheap low power base stations and then put them on the corners of my field so that I wouldn’t need to connect to any satellites at all while still using AOG? Like would AOG be able to triangulate between all the signals being received by those base stations?
Thanks!

AgOpenGPS needs connection to satellites.

Have a read through Spatial Tech - Real-Time Positioning Accuracy with GPS RTK Technology
It explains how RTK corrections work.

No. AgOpenGPS gets it’s position from off-the-shelf GNSS receivers. GNSS receivers connect to satellites up in the sky. There are different constellations of these satellites owned by different governments like GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU, etc.

What you are talking about is using a local reference system. AOG is not compatible with that type of technology and I don’t think there is any off-the-shelf hardware that you could even purchase for such a system, at least nothing in the cost range of the GNSS receivers that are typically used.
