Hi, I am looking to install a motorised wheel such as the keya motor, is this the best option for the money, or is there other options to consider, also if someone would be able to provide me with a link on where to buy the motor from it would be much appreciated

The keya is a very good option and very popular.
The other cheaper option is phidgets motor and 3d printed cogs on the steering wheel
