Does anyone here do metal fabrication?
I have this 3d designs that I wanted in machined metal or aluminium?
I had some spiral gears made from stainless steel. Same company that made my Aog AIO pcb’s.

If u print these mounts out of ABS, they should hold up great (atleast mine have). Metal is going to cost a lot.
I did it with pla but with the sun it melted
I printed my mounts with ABS and steeringwheel gear in PETG sometime in the spring. So far both are intact and no signs of warping.
Ya, definitely, PLA won’t work in a hot environment.

With metal sheet ; laser & bending we can do so good thing

It is now my 4 years to use it and i improve the concept but initial one continue to works well
JLCPCB also does CNC machining.
