Did you play with deadzones, smiley face tab?
If nothing works for you I would go for older aog version and try 6.3.2 or 6.3.3
But delete everything from AppData folder before

cpd too low
You did not setup ackermann
Integral to high
Gain to high
Minmum to move too low

It seems to me that precise tuning is like tuning a musical instrument. It requires a lot of patience and knowledge. I recalibrated, adjusted the settings back and forth. If the PWM is above 70, the wheels react very sharply and the steering cuts out. I settled on 60. Now the CPD is 100. I don’t remember the other settings; I’d need to check. If I find good numbers to keep the steering steadily straight, it doesn’t hold the line well, or vice versa. I drove around the whole field, and it feels like I’ve been working all day. For now, I’ll leave it alone; I need to calm down. Thanks for the support.
