Here are some pictures and videos of my installation on an autosteer ready 2016 Magnum 250. I designed a circuit board to connect the tractor harness NAV connectors to, that connects the right pins to the right places on a 23pin ampseal, same as what the aio board uses. I did need to add a wire into one of the tractor side harness plugs; as with OEM, the NAV sends a CAN signal to the transmission controller for lock, and then it sends out the lock solenoid power from there.
Great job. So do you make a straight through pin to pin that the AiO 4.5 plugs into this board?
I have a short wire harness, so I can have the aio inside the cab behind the seat. I printed the pinout on the adapter board, but yea it mostly matches the aio pinout.
Here is a link for the enclosure in OnShape
Cool idea with the board. I am curious though what do you have for settings? I have a steer ready 2010 NH T8050 and I made a adaptor harness for mine but been having a hard time to get it to stay that close to zero. I have a feeling the WAS may be a little off on it and wanted to take it apart but I have been wondering if I have been missing something else. Appreciate it.
