Is the AV message in the bottom left corner intended, if so. What does it mean?

AV means angular velocity. (You can modify it in the settings.)
In layman turns you’re turning too sharp. It also means it limits the steer angle.
What can you do?
Increase the radius.
Drive slower.
Increase this in the settings:
Default value is good for around 8m radius up to 9km/h (-ish.)
