Believe I have an issue and not sure where to trace it back to on the PCB. It appears something with my JLCPCB order is giving me 5v to fp9 pins when they should be 3.3.
You need to find out what regulator they used. Check the number on them.
Ok, I’ve been trying to figure that out. Where exactly is the regulator in the BOM or what is the designation for the 3v regulator? I don’t see anything in the comments for “3v” other then for an LED. I’m new with this PCB ordering and building- appreciate the help and patience.
Side note, I went through and tested out resistance as labeled on back side of board and could not find an issue.
I think I found it. U3 - and is supposed to be K7803M-1000R3 , mine has a K7805M-1000R3 . I will see if I can source the right one and solder it in myself

If that’s what they’ve done, you should log a complaint with them. Have they done the same on all boards?
