ASD Protocol Description

Hello everyone,

not directly an AgOpenGPS question, but maybe someone can help me.
I am currently building an RS-232 protocol converter to convert from the Bogballe protocol to the ASD protocol. The rate control message is to be received by a Quantron E or an Amatron 4.

I have modeled the protocol after the AG_ASD_Host from CoffeTrac, but without success. The interface works, at least I get a response to the initialization message. For the configuration and all other commands I always get the same message back, presumably an error message. In any case, I can’t seem to get any further.

Does any of you have a protocol description for ASD?

Thank you @andyinv, but this contains the Bogballe protocoll, which I already have a description of (openly available on the web). What I am looking for is a description of the Amazone ASD (“Automatische Schlagbezogene Dokumentation” / “automatic field-related documentation”) protocol.
