I’m having a issues with software settings for baraki hydraulic control valve and kaupoi4.1 control board. steering angle sensor is working correctly left and right. when turning on enabling auto steer it swings full lock left (new laptop), I’ve had the system working normally on a different laptop that doesn’t work anymore
Manually pushing the cytron buttons works as it should, valve not stuck.
It’s like the control valve gets full power when the auto steer is activated even when the PWM is turned down
I feel its a setting that has been sent to PCB nano
Is It an issue with version of agopengps 6.2 do i need a older version eg 5.7.2
Is the orientation of the imu correct if not that will cause similar symptoms.
Steering angle left/right number’s correct
Steering left /right outputs correct
How does it behave if you do the steer wizard
Min to move at 0 doesn’t sound right perhaps for a hydraulic valve.
Have you done the steer wizzard
Yes i have done the wizzard multiple times
As soon as the auto steer is activated it full locks with full hydraulic flow
Yeah 0 reading i had tried to stop steering going to full lock and loading the valve / hydraulics
Is it possible that you misswired it, and somehow put LOCK signal to LEFT spool?
Maybe try swap motor dir option?
No was working ive done 120 hours on it swapped out my laptop for different laptop sent the wrong setting to pcb board
anytime ive had AOG locking hard 1 way its the invert WAS is wrong
Yeah if it was only that easy it’s not inverted ive double triple checked
