Base station logging

Hi, I set up a base station yesterday. The hardware I’m using is a raspberry pi 4B connected to a zedF9P with a survey antenna. I logged into the web interface and set my rough location. Then I enabled the logging function to get an accurate position.
My question is, how long do I have to wait? I understand that 24 hours is the recommended minimum but I’m wondering if it’s 24 hours from the time I started the log or is it from midnight one day to midnight the next day. I started the log at 1pm yesterday can I go stop the log at 1 pm today or do I need to wait till tomorrow? Thanks!

The survey in time is measured from when you start the process so 1:00 today would be 24 hours.

ok that’s what I figured thanks.

It’s going to generate the last day’s ZIP in the middle of the night, however unless you started logging at exactly 00:00 it means the first zip it generates will not have 24 hours of data. I let it run 2 days to get a single 24 hour zip (basically ignore the first one it builds). The newest version of RTKBase lets you generate files from non-zip’s but eh.
