I’d like to install AGOpen GPS on my new tractor. To do so, I’d like to avoid having to replace my steering wheel, so I’ll be using CAN bus communication. I’ve never used this technology before. Is it relatively easy to communicate with this internal network, given that I have the kit sold by AG Open Shop, which already includes electronic boards?
To steer a claas isnt as easy as other brands
Often a 3rd party unlock is sometimes needed depending on age then a breakout harness making to connect to the atp module
We asked Claas to unlock access to the Orbitrole management system, which is blocked by default for third-party use of their service.

No need for any unlocks usually. Just plug in the wiring harness. Open up the Serial Terminal of Teensy by attaching via the microUSB cable, go into Settings (S) read the Values of the valve (R).
Modify the valve parameter. (W) then hit Commit (C) power off and on the valve and we should be good to go.
Do you make the breakout harness at the atp module or connect via the 6 pin deutsch plug
I always did the breakout harness.
