CMPS14 + Ardunio Nano mounted on rear axle

I’m starting my first AOG install, I’m planning to connect a CMPS14 to an Ardunio Nano using a Shield screw terminal and Dupont fly leads, I will mount this in an enclosure and mount on the rear axle of the tractor (Claas Arion 640) then use a USB to connect the Ardunio Nano to the Tablet running AOG.

Does this sound sensible? The tractor has cab and front suspension so thought mounting on the rigid rear axle will reduce the ‘noise’ created by the two suspension systems?

If you have antenna on cab with suspension then IMU should be in cab because you will have different tilts cab/axle.

CMPS14 uses magnetometer and should be mounted away from interference.
