After installing my Venue 11 Pro with a 12V->19V booster for charging through the micro usb port, I notice it powers up and boots into Windows when I start the combine (switch on accessory power). Has anyone else seen this?
I have a similar feature on my DELL Latitude 5400 : when connected to the USBC dock, it boots automatically. I have an option in the bios to disable this behavior, maybe you have one too. Mine looks like this :

There was also a setting in the bios for boot when AC charger detected.
