Going through the update process and update failed.
Only thing I’m not certain about is the process says to make sure on the screen at the bottom that the connection icon is blinking

Mine just shows the connection as black with com 5 9600.

I’m assuming that connection should be green. What am I missing?

9600 is way to slow, connect at 57600 or faster for firmware update

I switched my USB connection from the xbee socket to the GPS socket. It’s now green, flashing and updating.

The other update procedure said to to 9600. Next time I will go faster. Thanks again!
