Running v2 with Panda, having some issues losing RTK fix
Both steer and gps are hooked up USB, been working fine, good EMLID caster connection over starlink.
Yesterday was working fine then started dropping to float, which was useable. The system then stared dropping to DGPS or single. Not useable.
No aging, just drop, and freeze up agio.
Thinking its a connection issue, but dont know where to start troubleshooting pins/connections.
Check USB hub, USB it’s not good for tractor environment
I don’t know how you are powering it but it could be ac noise from the alternator messing with it. Try isolating it from the tractor electrical system and see if that helps
What would I be checking for.
DLink powered hub. Has been working quite well for years. Then it will randomly get spotty. Next day its fine again
Its through a modified signwave 1500w inverter
What I would do is try to power it some other way and see if that fixes it. Or just see if it ever happens with the engine off. If it still does start wiggling connections starting with the gps antenna and see if you can cause it to happen.
Check nut on antenna cable or integrity of cable.

Pulled out the board to check some solder joints. The cable just fell right out of the connector.
Surprised the behaviour was like that, but glad it is working.
Ya I had that, going from fix to nothing. == loose connection
