It works world wide.
You do not need a hotspot or wifi in your tractor. For RTK you need some kind of communication from the base station to the tractor, you can do it with internet or you can do it with radio modules.
Since you’re new - there is too much information to absorb at once. Best is just to read along for awhile. In addition to reading here on discourse you can also read on the Telegram groups
