Issue with Flashing Micro F9P

Hi! I’m trying to configure my Ublox F9P’s in dual setup, but I’m getting an error that I’m not able to figure out. Has anyone run into a similar issue, and were you able to solve it? I’m using the AOG Config-o-Matic. I’m supplying the PCB 12 V and the LEDs seem to indicate it’s working as expected. I’m not sure why I get the error attached in the photo, and I couldn’t find a similar post on the forum. Thank you!

It shows incorrect firmware, you need to flash firmware before configuring, and select dual right if you want dual settings

As said incorrect firmware.
It should go green once youve flashed the right firmware before uploading it to the f9p

I did select dual, I took the screenshot when I reopened the software. The black screen is the one that pops up when I try to flash the firmware and it says that ‘ubxfwupdate’ is not recognized as an internal or external command. I have a Micro F9P, can I use the software with it, or does it only work with the standard? I’m connecting the USB to the PCB input right next to the F9P, not the F9P itself.

The configomatic should be ok for the micro aswell.
Are you 100% the usb cable is data and power and not power only

Thanks for all the help everyone! I wasn’t able to get the software to work but I used U-center and it worked perfectly.

Your issue was it was trying to run from \windows\system32. ubxfwupdate isn’t in that folder, it should be in same folder as aogconfigomatic. How you ended up like that, I’m not sure !
