JD 7430 + Danfoss - blew steering cylinder seals during test

Hi,

I have a John Deere 7430 Premium (2008) with AutoTrac valve (AL209246) and a Danfoss actuator (157B4079, 4-pin: Us, Udc, GND, Error).

I have the AIO 4.5 standard board, I did put the 1 jumper marked as “Danfoss Us”. I connected the valve to the board and ran the steering wizard and selected DANFOSS option.

When the steering activated, I heard a thud from the front axle. Steering seemed to work properly as I pressed the arrows on the screen left and right but felt very aggressive/stiff. After 1–2 minutes of testing, both sides of the steering cylinder the rod seals were broken and hydraulic fluid started leaking from them.

Did I do something wrong setting it up?

I would appreciate any help.
Thanks!
