What do all of these mean and where should i wire everything.
I am a complete noobie when it comes to electrical stuff so i have no idea what 5v high or low means, let alone the other stuff.

Gameo is correct about high and low when concerning an input or output pin level on example a Nano. But in this specific case it refer to the way we can connect a WAS to the ads 1115. High is the normal signal input, and low would be used to connect the GND from an factory installed and powered WAS.
