Performance monitor frame number 10~?

This was explained but I cannot find by searching, so I am posting with how it is described in the manual.

10~?

Is high or low number good? what is the theoretical best number? average? what is the theoretical worst number?

What is this number telling the operator?

10 is Hz in from gps
The next tell how well AOG is running, it is time between frames.
Low is good, between 10 and 20 is fine. Over 40 you will notice severe jumps in steering (AOG don’t send steer output when calculating frames)
