Besides the valve block sold by Baraki, are there any other off-the-shelf valves available that are ready to simply plumb in, connect to AOG and go?
I’m looking for something to fit to a New Holland T6.180 to replace my electric steering motor to tidy up the cab and make things a bit smoother. I’ve seen various options for valves, but they don’t necessarily have the pressure switch or safety cut-off valves. Baraki’s valve has all of this, but for simplicity I’d like to find something that I can order in the UK to make logistics/accounting etc easier and which I can just collect and install without having to do lots of retrofitting.
Any suggestions welcomed!

The Hydra force is the only real other option, but will need two valves, steering and a 6/2 for lock off. Doesn’t have a safety cutout.
I’m sure you could order an AgLeader, Raven PWM valve etc., but I imagine all will be £2-3k+
I wouldn’t look any further than a Baraki, you can make plumbing in easier by Teeing into steering lines and use power beyond.
I’ve a Baraki LS valve here in UK if you want it.

Thanks for the info - I was coming to the same conclusion, but useful to get confirmation.
I think my steering circuit is non-load sensing (just 4 ports on the orbitrol), so i think i need an open centre valve otherwise I’d take you up. My drill also uses all spools on the tractor!
Did you have much trouble getting the valve into the UK? I’ve heard some get it easily and some are hit with import duties…
Are you sure it’s OC, if it’s the same as a Case Puma the LS line on the orbital comes in from the back, so when you look at the orbital you cannot see it.
I think so, it is a Danfoss OSPD 60/185 ORM orbitrol which is an open centre reactive model i believe. The sticker on the bottom only shows the four ports.
Open centre then, is it 50k being reactive?
Only have to pay Vat when you import and a tenner or so handling charge.
You cannot Tee into lines being reactive, so some of the off the shelf valves won’t be suitable, so Baraki is definitely best.
Yes, it is a 50k.
Putting hydraulic steering on is my winter project so thanks for the advice!
