Pressure switch

I’m installing AOG standard V4.1 on a Versatile sprayer that has a Raven platform on it. Got everything working except the pressure switch. It doesn’t see any feedback from it. Here’s a screenshot of that part of the Raven wiring.

I have the Ampseal pin 10 going to J1 11 BLACK (PSI SIG), and pin 21 going to J1 3 RED (PSI +12V).

I have the remote/pressure jumper on the board for pressure.

Any pointers? The pressure % value stays at 0 no matter how I turn the wheel, use autosteer, etc. Thanks

Two wire and 12v, that’s probably an 4-20ma sensor.
It will also need the 4-20ma jumper

But there’s probably something else wrong because without this jumper I’m pretty sure you should see 100% all the time, not 0%

I can’t tell by memory if you use the correct pins on the ampseal connector.

Ok. This sensor wouldn’t need 12v, would it? It should still work with a ground?

The picture you posted and typical 4-20ma sensor use 12V and return a specific amount of current on the signal wire.

So you should connect PSI +12V to ampseal pin 20.
An also put the 4-20ma jumper.

But double check that your sensor actually use only 2 wires, not 3. If you see a label on it, it’s even better

Ok. Yes it’s only two wires. I’ll have to look for a label.

I put ground to that wire because that’s the way I interpreted the pin out. I understood it worked with a ground.

That was my question whether I should be using a 12V feed.

Thanks! This worked. I put 12v to the sensor and used the 4-20ma jumper.
