Problem with GPS not connecting to software through UDP

Hello. I am trying to set up my first agopengps system and am having a lot of connection problems. I have spent a fair bit of time on my base station, programing it in ucenter according to instructions on the forum and combing through various help documents from ardusimple, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I am using simplertk2b with wifi ntrip master connected to xbee socket, and I have a mountpoint registered with rtk2go, but cannot connect to caster. The system appears to be working properly on ucenter, but nothing is going out.

Then on the pcb, using dual receivers micro simplertk2go, I was trying to use the teensyflasher for auto configuration but keep getting errors saying a bunch of things including that a port is closed. Using ucenter, however, I have no trouble programming it. I have programmed it with the rover 10hz file from ardusimple, but no connection to the software via udp (steer and imo connects however). I have tried so many things with the teensy flasher, most recently switching them around and finally getting one to take the “single” configuration, but still no connection. I have a friend’s base station I can connect to for NTRIP just to test, and I can see corrections coming in and there seems to be some gps data as well, as shown by the black screen, but my light in AGIO will not turn green and my led at the receiver stays solid red. I have tried so many things and had hours with an IT guy checking ports and trying all sorts of things that I don’t understand, to no avail. I feel very stuck. Any advice would be appreciated.

You need a bautrate of 460800 on UART1, which is not in the ardusimple configuration.

You probably will have to downgrade them to the 1.13 firmware.
There are 3 different configurations:
One for simple antenna
One for dual right
One for dual left

The correct files are somewhere in the hardware repo.

Ok, great, thanks so much. So I had managed to downgrade them both with the teensy flasher. Now I downloaded and configured using the files from the repo for the two different antennas through ucenter. My left antenna the sold red turned to solid green, which is an improvement. The right one is still red and my connection in Agio is still not turning green. Did I do it right? I simply sent the new configuration file to the receiver, saved it, and then unplugged.

If you click on the configomatic at the top of the page is a video you can watch

Thanks. I am not sure which video you mean. If its the one called configuration and first run, then that is the one i have been following. it doesnt discuss how to address the error. Am I missing something here

When your on the configomatic page where all the options are for f9p um982 com ports etc at the top right i think there is a ? symbol. If you click on that it takes you to a step by step page of what to do
