Its fine. I have used RTK and its really nice but right now i am trying to learn these things and i just want to get something working. I just want to get some kind of system working because i am a complete beginner and i can always upgrade and figure things out. Im not planning to use this commercially yet.

If I get an ArduSimple F9P kit that comes with an antenna and a Windows touchscreen tablet, and for now connect my phone’s cellular internet via hotspot to the tablet, and then connect it to a local RTK station with NTRIP, would this setup be good?
Yes that should be sufficient for a lightbar.
