Roll issue?

I have a MMA8451 and have it connected as a 1D. It’s giving me roll info. (if I set it a 1C I don’t get anything)

Can’t find it but I’m thinking that a negative roll is left and a positive roll is right?

It doesn’t seem to make any difference if I change it. (I do send to module) I have it’s source set as Autosteer.

I record a straight path and then drive that path. The recorded path is pretty straight but the driven path does some wandering at points of roll change.

Is there a setting that effects roll that I’m missing?

Maybe try to figure out the antenna height. When you see INO, there is a possibility to modify the sensitivity of the roll in one place
