Section Control for 3 section for Texas Industrial Remcor, Inc system

Can anyone help me the the hardware needed to have section control operate this system. I am using a Vanquisher Tablet running windows 10. I have a USB port and 9 pin available for use. No need for flow control or pressure, only section control.

It depends how originaly your sections is controled, if you could wire relays between physical buttons it makes things very easy. If yes, you could use modbus relay board https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZKGtbMM7-4
