SMD PCB Project for an all-in-one compact PCB for AOG/QOG

That makes sense, thanks for your answer. If there is an option to replace with either another ibt or a cytron that’s all I was concerned about.
I am having trouble getting onto JLC today so can’t say about substitute parts in order.
Thanks

Ok I will try to chat to get that added. I also am having trouble with their site today. Good to know it can be soldered on later if not. I am trying to order the THT components now. How is the CMPS board connected? Thanks

Is there any issues using this pcb with a hydraulic valve? I am a bit confused by the references to the 6/2 valve and what that’s all about. I have a tractor with a hydraulic valve and plan to use another with a motor on steer wheel

you can solder it directly

6/2 valve => let U14 assemble, steering wheel motor => use BOM as it is

I am having trouble with through hole components bom at digikey. I understand only half come from there. I can’t get digikey to recognize any of them after correcting the fields for part # etc. The female connectors i found are a little pricy.

I looked the parts up on the LCSC, were quite inexpensive, the shipping was actually more. I didn’t have much luck on Digi or mouser

I’m German, so I can’t help you on sourcing in the US. But I may suggest 2nd sources, if you got stuck

Which parts are just round connectors? I would also purchase the usb-a and usb-c. I looked on tht list, haven’t been able to find any of round connectors from LCSC. Hopefully I can log into those site today.

THT BOM

Have a look at the links, please. Honestly speaking, I’ve no idea, where you can buy in the US best. But these connectors are widely used in industry (AB/Rockwell, Siemens, …)

Thanks for the help. I have found some on google. I’m in USA. I was just worried I would buy some with the wrong footprint. If I keep the 4 and 5 poles straight, will it most likely fit in that configuration to your board?

I am used to these connectors I have used on many projects. Very good and robust design. I just have never ordered or soldered to board. is there a standard for this base for pcbs?

Here are some visuals I get to see once ordered and a ‘DFM analysis’ which is not so comforting, however we can check visually now the original and corrected version.

congrats! you’re the first to get such pictures! and thx for sharing! :+1:

Thank you. If I"ll have a questions, can I ask you for help.

In their analysis, they corrected and rotated Q8 90° to the left.
For X1 it looks like there is indeed no space?
The other ones look fine to me just based on the visual. Proof is in your received PCB?

Does JLCPCB offer a “share project” link?

Don’t think so, I can’t find one.

it is, all crystals were ok. Q8 corrected, thx!
