Steering wheel ring motor + board witch rear linkage controll

Hi everyone, i made new concept drive based on 4 BLDC motors. Main goals was:

  1. It needs to generate as less drag as possible (so i don’t need to disengage it)
  2. Can be applied in any tractor without changing steering wheel

Additionally i made my own PCB, mainly because i wanted to integrate rear linkage control. Secondly i wanted to add on/off relay and safety power relay for steer motor. Also i made few smaler modification for easier customization. Here is one picture… cant add more:

For now, its tested and works well. Will see after spring :wink:

Hi, thanks. This is the first stable and working prototype of this concept. It has a PWM and DIR input interface and a stop output. I am currently using a Nucleo board, but my plan is to move all the circuits to a black board and add a CAN bus interface.
