Terrain compensation

ive been using AOG for guidance for a couple months now its working really well untill you get into a rough paddock it seems like i need some sort of terrain compensation if you hit a rough patch the coverage shows up as a saw tooth and is hard to follow im not running any rtk would that fix some of this? or do i not have the receiver set up correctly? using an ardu simple rtk2b set up as a 10hz rover
