The autosteer suddenly stops working and the tilting angle value turns purple and freezes

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using the software for about three years without issues. However, for the past few months I’ve been experiencing recurring errors without any apparent reason. The autosteer suddenly stops working, the motor shuts down, and the tilting angle value turns purple and freezes—it no longer updates. The only way to get it running again is to unplug the PCB power and reconnect it.

Has anyone encountered this problem or knows the possible cause?

The angle turning purple indicates that the auto steer board is disconnecting. Likely due to a bad connection somewhere. More information on your setup?

I agree it sounds like bad connection somewhere. I suggest you reseat all items on the PCB, maybe even apply very little oil on all pins, as reason for problems might be dry (corroded) pins. It worked with my PCB v2

this issue occured since I had a big stopped on a large stone when digging around 45 cm to opened the soil. The tractor stopped net on the rock and since I have since issue. Looks that a connection is wrong somewhere.

I will open my pcb box and check inside.

power the system on and wiggle all cables and fuses till i goes off :man_shrugging:
