Tractor and implement is not displayed correctly

Hi All

I have Agopengps setup with my own RTK basestation, RTK2go and setup works well in the tractor. My tractor is a Ford 8210 and a Vaderstad rapid 300C sowing machine.

I follow the marker lines from the sowing machine, as a A to B line in AGopengps. But when I physical follow the A to B line the tractor and implement is not shown as following the line. As it does in the real life.

The GPS antenna is plased on the hood in from of the from screen.

Thanks to any help

Best regards, Erik - Denmark

Think with the ? Its not sure your direction. Drive forward and tap the tractor it should show you driving forward then
Also double check your implement measurements. The rear of the drill looks a long way back in relation to the length of the tractor for a 3m trailed drill

I suppose u don’t have WAS so the programm dosen’t know where are the front wheels.

What kind of hardware are you using? Are you using autosteer?

It looks like you are using an autosteer board but don’t have any autosteer hardware and are just using AOG like a lightbar. Autosteer boards aren’t happy without a wheel angle sensor. You don’t need an autosteer board to use AOG as a lightbar.

Hi All
Thanks for the feedback. Yes - I use a autosterboard. But I am not yet using the autosteer function (gear to mount gear etc). No WAS is installed yet. Can I disable the WAS input so that it will not interrupt the GPS signal, in the position calculation ?
I try to move the GPS antenna from the roof to the hood (and change the paramaters in the tractor setup system) Idea - could it be possible the show the GPS antenna placement on the tractor overview picture based on the parameters set in the GPS placement menu ? Ie. distance and placement from the rear axel
Today I will make new fixture to place the antenna on the roof again, to see if it makes a change.

You can alter the akerman and steer angle settings to max that will straighten the tractor front wheels up for cosmetic purposes

@del_boy helped me sort 1 out only a week ago

I rebuilt the AIO teensy code to make it think the ADC isn’t present which turns all the autosteer stuff off and makes it think it’s a “GPS Only” board.

I haven’t tested it but throw this on and see how it goes - AgOpen/AIO_v4_NoAutoSteer.ino.hex at main · spencerryan/AgOpen · GitHub
