Im trying to connect my ardusimple basic f9p to computer and nothing is coming up in device manager or u center, watched a yt video and he was plugging power to both ports then taking the xbee out, I’ve tried it other ways nothing seems to work?
Have you read through this and followed the step by step guide.

Never plug power to both ports at same time. Use the one next to antenna only - other is no use for config.
