Want to run John Deere 6000's rtk unlocked with third party NTRIP

I’m trying to figure out the best way to get off of JD’s rtk subscription for our 6000 receivers. They are unlocked to RTK and would like to be done with the radios without starting the unlock Ferris wheel again on 7000/7500’s.

I’d just like to run corrections using NTRIP off of either a modem or cell phone and my displays don’t know the difference. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

We hooked our Trimble gear up to GEODNET’s network and it was simple.

Have you got any rtk hardware at the moment, the extra modem?
If not it might not be that easy.
Jd have been using satellite rtk lately sf-rtk, am just wondering if thats what your current setup is unlocked to recieve as opposed to the ntrip version of rtk

You need the “mobile rtk” unlock which allows you to send RTCM in the serial port… However I am yet to be sucessfull in getting it to work…but im still told it should so i need to look into it again at some point…

Yes, they are SF-RTK and wanted to get a modem like cloudbase modem that is plug and play for the 7000/7500’s
