Weird Position/Roll Jump on Dual System

Hi,
I have a weird problem with my dual GPS. First of all my setup:
AOG v 6.8.0 over Ethernet,
PCB v2
Dual with Benjamins Dual GPS v1.4, two f9p’s, running the esp code by Franz Husch and matching config for the f9p’s. No filters or height correction used in the esp code, only in AOG.

What happens is, the frame value goes above 10, sometimes even to 16-17. After half an hour of operation or so, the position jumps for a fraction of a second to the side, also sometimes the roll value jumps visibly for a really short time. Raw Hz drops below 9, sometimes 6, where config is set to 10Hz. You see the tractor trying to correct for that, then everything is normal again. I cant see a real pattern when it happens, only that its not forceable, it seems to happen randomly.
The same behaviour on both of my systems with the same components. I did multiply software/firmware updates on both f9p’s and esp, no change. So I guess its no broken hardware. Has someone experienced something similar? I really dont know what to do, steering doesnt work as nice as it could that way.
Greetings, Bennet

Either antenna cable or connectors, or pins connecting the F9Ps to the board. Maybe

You can just reseat the receivers to begin, moving the contacts could be enough.

Hi Pat,
I fideled around a bit. Last thing I did ist soldering everthing to the dual PCB. So now there are no terminal comnectors anymore. Still the same behaviour. I cant imagine that multiple f9ps should fail simultaneously in the same way. I ran Ucenter via USB Port in parallel to normal operation on both f9ps and there was always a good signal, at least with whats visible via gui. Ist there any other possible reason?

The high frame could be windows doing something in background. I had this happen when wifi is on and I passed the neighbors house which has a WiFi router. Then windows started connecting but failed. Meanwhile AOG was lagging. Look for which programs are running in windows, some unuseful programs had very high CPU usage, when that happened.

You use a simple switch or a fency router? Some devices can wait and send grouped packets.

I did some testing. Dont think it has something to do with windows or ethernet. When I connect to the heading antenna (the left) via usb und look at the messages in ucenter, the ubx-nav-relposned msg drops at the same time roll jumps. As I understand thats communication directly between the f9ps, nothing in between

Are you using the latest F9P configurations?
It must be firmare 1.13 and only 3 constellations enabled.

Anything else could cause issues. Especially newer firmware versions.
