Yield control data file

I am building yield control, inspired by older CLAAS combine, with light beam across the clean grain elevator, measuring how much time light is blocked by grain passing.
But what is the best way to store the data on SD card, so they can be used for yield maps, and variable rate maps?
txt. file with “latitude, longitude, yield” - new line, or?
the “RATE CONTROLLER” app askes for a CSV file?
And what programs is there to generate yield maps?

depending what you want to do with the data. I use the free yield editor software from USDA to clean the data.

I still don’t know which software I will use to visualize the maps once my free trial of SMS software from Ag leader will expire.

Here is the format I use, agleader advanced from what I know:

The manual: yield_editor_manual v2.pdf (799,7 Ko)

An exemple: m1m2_2025_v1_agleader_advanced.txt (605,3 Ko)

I will follow your measurement beam hardware, I would like to have a tailing volume display on my combine.
