3D printing has the ability to bring custom solutions to farmers and ranchers, at a significant cost savings.
Growing up on a small family farm(~300 acres), we depended on the ability to create solutions to challenges that we could not afford to purchase off the shelf. We used scrap steel and a shop full of old tools that were handed down over the years.
The ability to 3D print replacement parts and custom solutions is another tool that I firmly believe should be at the farmers/ranchers disposal. As 3D printing has evolved, so has the machines and materials used to create 3D prints. Material choices range from: PLA plastics to stronger ABS, Nylon, TPU(flexile - great for gaskets), PETG type plastics, and carbon fiber to name a few.
With that being said, if you are a famer or rancher, I would like to offer my 3D printing services to you at no cost. I have all of the equipment(3D printers, 3D scanners, Auto Desk Fusion 360, and material needed to create solutions. Gears, gaskets, clips, etc., I will do my best to create and print a solution for you.
Why free? Because I can. Because it is my way of keeping connected to my roots.
