I have 1 here I would be more than happy to send you. It has wires and plug, but plug is only for DTM13-12PA-12PB-R008 I can remove and you would have to add plug for your AOG steering controller. The adapter looks like it has been used already.
S670 is actually 30 series plug. Beware SSU is outside cab below steering orbitol valve.
