Agio Freezing

Hi I am having trouble with agio freezing every time when it starts. I’ve tried unplugging each usb to try and identify which port is causing the issue but no luck . It works fine when nothing is plugged into the USB port. I’m using 5.6.14 Any ideas thanks

Disconnect gps and see if freeze is over?

It also crashes agio when turning on or off ntrip. (V5

Clear your AoG user data folder and try again

Delete the AgOpenGPS & AgIO folders in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local
Feel free to make a backup before deleting if you want to.

V5.6 had a bug in the NTRIP code where it would hang when there was no Internet connection. Was fixed in 5.7 +

thanks, im up at the current version V 6.3 ? so that is not the answer to my problem.

My USB connection seems to be cutting out randomly and AgIo freezing and difficult to restart as a result.

Trying to figure out is it the USB connection, the cable, the software or a setting in Windows !

I guess it’s a hardware issue.

Yes I did I changed from USB to Ethernet cables and I’ve had no issues since
