AIO 4.5 not powering components..

Don’t know about the LEDs.
But maybe you need to have a field and an a b line to follow, before you can activate autosteer?

I did that, learned that earlier in the year with the sprayer lol.

Green for dual, red single antenna.

You maybe have to reload your vehicle profile in AOG while the board is plugged to make the board steer. Maybe even power cycle the board after that.

There are some settings that must be sent in order to steer.

Hsve you been through the steer wizzard?
This sets everything up for you in the right order

Now that you say that, I seem to remember having to do that on the sprayer this spring. I’ll try that in the morning.

I have, I know my measurements aren’t all correct but I did everything I believe.

How far did you get in steer wizzard? When you get the option to press buttons on the screen to determine motor direction the steer symbol should be yellow. Waa this the case?.
It should also be yellow a few more steps on when your setting min to move and proportional gain settings

Just double checked and even on that screen it’s still red, while moving with the steering engaged it never changes from red. I tried reloading the profile for the vehicle and power cycling to no effect. Only thing I didn’t do in the wizard was the counts per degree and Ackerman settings since I don’t have room for that at the moment.

If not changing from red at any time, then you have never engaged autosteer.
Reading above, it is not clear what red spot you are talking about. Show pictures.

In agio, steer board must be green , as well as GPS and IMU

When you do the steer wizzard and it gets to the page when you can Invert motor direction the steer icon should automatically go yellow, you dont need to press any autosteer buttons at that point
What sketch have you put on the teensy? Try uploading it again
I also see you have the additional mounted ads1115 board. Is this because jlcpcb didn’t fit one? If they have fitted one and youve added this extra one this could be your problem

Sorry, I took pictures but didn’t get a chance to post them. I assume that hitting the steerwheel in the bottom right corner is engaging auto steer and turning it green? The red spot I’m referring to is the steering indicator in the bottom right corner of the map.

Everything in Agio is green.

I did the one for the standard AIO board in config o matic, can’t remember what it was called exactly. I was not aware that the standard board came with an ads1115. I’ve been making too many assumptions lol, I figured since there was a slot it needed it! I’ll try pulling that off when I get back home and see if that makes a difference.

When you get to the stage in your picture above the steering icon symbol on that screen should go yellow automatically. Pressing the autosteer tab will turn it red.
Take the ads1115 off the board and see if the little chip is installed underneath it
Edit
Just notice your was offset is showing -877, pretty sure that cant be right. The 2nd ads1115 module could be causing this error

This is what’s under the ads, guessing that means it’s got one already. I’ll try it out in the morning and and see what difference that makes!

Pulled the Ads1115 off the board and I’m still getting WAS readings, still have a large offset, -950 now. Maybe because I’m using the factory case sensor in the steer cylinder? It also hasn’t changed anything on the steer motor direction screen, the compass still doesn’t turn yellow at all. I am also trying to do this in simulator mode in the shop as it is pouring rain at the moment. Might have something to do with it?

But ok the auto steer configuration screen when make the tractor green and try to steer it in simulator mode, the cytron doesn’t react at all either. But if I hit the MB or MA buttons ok the cytron the corrisponding lights light up and I output 12v on the corrisponding pins.

As you see the pwm stay at zero,(no signal sent to cytron) and that will not change until you get a green compass also. Check again your button settings in AOG and make sure aio is connected when you click send the changes. Change settings and send, then change again to correct settings and send again.

Your also in simulator mode.
Have you tried in normal with simulator off
What kind of WAS sensor is fitted? From experience with nh t7 series these are extremely unreliable and when they fail they show the tractor wheel’s on the screen at full lock.
And yes you have the ads1115 installed on your board so no need for that extra module you originally had on

Yes that was intentional since it was pouring rain outside, was hoping that would allow me to diagnose it further. I am heading out to try it outside now. It’s the factory case WAS in the steer cylinder. I’ve got a linear transducer coming if need be but it seems to be reading the full range so far. Was hoping to use it till it failed for simplicity’s sake.

It was a combination of the extra ads1115 and the button settings reverting when I went through the wizard again, now the steer indicator lights up yellow/green when it’s supposed to! Outside with GPS too.
