An excellent function would be to have the ability to create customers to associate the various fields with

Like a tree in the fields folder? that would make it possible to be organized a little better.

Yes but with main tree should be ā€œClientā€ and for secondary ā€œFieldsā€. It would be a good completion of Aog in that section.

like a second gps on the steerable tool?

yes exactly

Someday I hope to get implement guidance set up. In theory it would be accurate enough that I could strip till on our contours, and then be able to come back with the planter and plant right on top of the strip!

ya, that would be a great addition - with that in mind AgIO has 2 GPS inputs coincidentally

:+1:great

When can we try AgIO ?

What is AgIO?

it is all the communication for AgOpenGPS. AgOpenGPS can start or restart and you donā€™t lose any usb ports or anything. Tells you whatā€™s connected, bytes moving etc. You can run each independently, start each from each other, and in any order. They talk to each other via the loopback network internally.

A great simple app to see what is going on in your network is called TCPView. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/tcpview

I and O means in and out?

It is great. :+1:
Good work.
In France, your system is more more known. Lots of people look at aog.

I downloaded the beta, but I didnā€™t get much time to play with it due to getting ready for spring planting. Before it expired on me I can say It seemed very pleasing to the eyes and simple. Only thing I forgot to check and must ask now is can a person still skip rows when doing uturn? Makes my turns much less sharp when I can skip a row each time. I either missed it or didnā€™t see where it was. Thought id ask and clarify. cheers everyone.

Yes, you can skip up to 9. Also you can do the ā€œblockā€ type pattern that skips a few, and fills in the holes and starts another one

I would like one touch flags. Early versions you just mashed the button. Being able to add text is really handy, but I have struggled trying to do it while bouncing through the field. One way would make the form that pops up either have Enter selected by default or be able to tab to it so could make a keyboard shortcut/macro keyboard.

Iā€™m using it to flag a particular weed that I need to go back and spot spray (Silverleaf Nightshade)
