Canbus on Case IH

I fixed it. There were problems with the wires leading to the wheel sensor. They were replaced, and now it steers perfectly.

I would love to figure out how to just get my pro600 to pick up my radio RTK signal from my adrusimple. Can sniffing, and all that seems even more fun to figure out.

Only just seen your error code sorry.
It is indeed WAS related

Thanks for the reply, I got the code table and it was indeed the WAS fault, it was out of range and there was no way to calibrate it.

How are you engaging autosteer on the case as i believe it doesn’t have a dedicated autosteer button on the mfh like the nh.
Will it ā€˜remember’ the autosteer button on the headland management button or do you need to assign it at every start up?

Has anyone tried taking the Puma’s OEM wheel sensor data and inputting it into a 2.5-liter AIO that steers via CAN?
I have a problem: when I disconnect the Autosteer at the headend, error code 15237 appears, which means the signal exceeds the calibration limit, making it impossible to drive.

Ive had this error code on 2 nh.
My fix seems to be that when you do the was calibration turn wheels to full lock, let the wheels goes back a bit then full lock again and hold onto the steering wheel full lock when you press to save the value.
If that doesn’t work possibly your was is worn a bit

Thanks, I’ll try it and tell you the result.

It worked for me on 2 occasions. Take tractor for a drive get oil warm aswell

I did it as you said, and it seems to work. Now I can’t adjust the parameters so the steering doesn’t swerve too much. I guess it’s just a matter of experimenting.

I think min to move is 0 or 1 at most

Yes, I set the minimum to 1 and the proportional gain drops to 6 and it seems to be working quite well.

Thats your current steer settings?
Can usually get it to sit between 3cm and 6cm but fine tuning from there down is tricky when doing approx 8k speed

Yes, but I’ve only tested it on a 2-hectare plot with a 6-meter cultivator (a bit large for this tractor) at a speed of about 8 km/h. It goes fairly straight, but not quite, and the deviation varies from 0 to 6 cm. There’s no work in the field right now; until it rains, the soil can’t be moved. Then I’ll test it and try to fine-tune it.

Where you able to get this working?

No I gave up, and installed a separate button

What are you wanting to do? Use the autosteer engage button on a new holland?
You can use this is you use the CANBUSEnable firmware and set it to new holland. Works well

Which firmware for the teensy do i select for dual 4.5v aio std board using can enable?

Try CNH1 first, then the others in order.
