Can't get RTK Fix with centipede.fr NTRIP caster

So could you check if it is a language translation thing (inside AOG), by setting language to english in AOG and then connect to centipede again?

Maybe a problem with ssl certificates used by the https connection. Because it looks like with some browser (chrome, chromium based), when openning the caster.centipede.fr:2101 page we are redirected to the https, and with other browser (firefox, IE) it keeps the http connection.
Rtk2go uses a none secure http tunnel, not that safe but working

I switched back to centipede with english language, and same problem.

it would be good to ask the question here: https: //t.me/Centipede_RTK

It seems you found the problem. Chrome explains that they (for our safety) only accepts SSL certificates from certified organisations.
Like you I get the blocked window with an i info sign left to the centipede address.
And the no SSL HTTP centipede link works in IE for me too
Below you see the HTTPS page that show that caster is only HTTP

You can try to set the http version to 1.0

@DanielP it also worked for me once i had trouble changing http to 1.0

Http to 1.0 worked also for me for another NTRIP caster

Tested with http 1.0 but still the same problem.

No more connection problems for me since that I put the IP address (147.100.179.214) in place of the URL (caster.centipede.fr) in the NTRIP settings of AgOpenGPS.

Replacing by the IP address don’t do the trick for me.

I have just changed some caster settings, can you try again?

Hello
No still does not work with URL

c’est bizarre…

Yes strange because it works with IP and it’s the same on Chrome.

ntrip
on AOG

The Ip number works directly on my chrome.
This line does not work on same chrome: http://caster.centipede.fr:2101/
But on same computer using Internet explorer the line works fine: http://caster.centipede.fr:2101/
Chrome has a security “feature” to protect you :frowning:

NTRIP is an adaptation that does not (voluntarily) respect the HTTP protocol.

With firefox no problem.

But it was working a few months ago,
probably a Windows update changed all that.
As long as it works with the IP address it’s not really a problem.
