Claas combine help

Anyone had success with integrating an AIO into a Claas Lexion to control the factory claas valve block?

Is that the autosteer hydraulic valve or the laser autosteer on the header?
Think the laser uses a bang bang valve and some users have managed to get it to steer with agopen i dont think its all that successful

It is this style valve, it doesnt have any laser pilot on the header so I’m unsure whether it is or not

Someone more educated will be able to advise you on that valve
What age is the combine

Its a 2003 Lexion 480, I have a suspicion that laser pilot was the main method back then. Appreciate your help

Id say then its probably a bang bang valve.
Dont give up but they can be used but take alot of setting up i think. Theyre also not very good at finding the line so autosteer needs to be engage when its on line i think.
A keya motor are very popular.
Ive got a phidgets motor and cogs on our 650 lexion and works extremely well

Yeah that might be an option, I’ve got a spare phidgets motor here

I got a lexion 760 working on BB valve, but you’ll need the hold set way out in front. It’s not too bad at keeping a line, as Del says tho, you need to pretty much get it online yourself

Is it possible to wire it in so it uses the factory engage button?

Depends on the button and the joystick
On our 650 with the newer style joystick the autosteer button has its own circuit board inside the joystick so not that simple. I would also like to be able to use this button bit will look into it closer to the time
