Converting Fileds and Lines fron AOG to ISOXML

Okay

I need a little bit time. I hope I can finish it By the end of this week.

How is the progress on this project coming?

I think it will be in V6 release, shortly

great

@GVFarmer

It depends on what you’re asking about.

The conversion topic has been successfully completed from my side.

I made a video on the topic and provided it to Flo. I must admit, I don’t remember if the video was helpful or not.

Have you tried agopengps 585? It opens xml files. Works fine

No, I haven’t. It’s not entirely straightforward in my case. I have a purchased board that’s compatible up to version 5.6. Beyond that, I’ll probably have to send it in for an update. But I also believe that once it runs reliably, just let it run.

In my case, I can also import created KML files into AOG, and that works quite well.

I’m looking for a way to export guidance lines from AgOpen as ISOXML format in hopes that I can import them on a Raven Viper 4.

Its all there in the version 5.8 check brains github. Import and export

Ok I have V5.8.5 and I see the option to start a field from ISO-XML but I can’t find the export option. Am I blind?

Oh I see an ISO file there. It automatically exports it on close.

I am over my head here. It looks like Raven uses two ISOXML files for each AB Line. One is TASKDATA and the other is LINKLIST. I’m assuming any attempt at exporting from AOG would need both of these? I did attempt to import the TASKDATA file from AOG but just got an error. The only other option I see is a .ab file and a .id file which Raven sees as a guidance file rather than ISO. I can’t read the .ab file so I’m lost there as well. This has been frustrating to me! I realize it’s more of a Raven issue than AOG but maybe someone out there has some advice.

Open your task data file in wayline converter. Then you can export in one of the other formats that build the linklist. It is an encrypted check sum that we have not decoded yet. But this should work.

Where can I find this converter tool?

Use this website, create an account.

The website requires a small tool in the background. You’ll be asked if you want to download it. Do so and then start the program.

Save the task data on an empty USB stick and try importing the files from the stick.
