Dual GPS Firmware not working

I recently uploaded the dual GPS firmware from AOGConfigOMatic to my 2 AS-RTK2B-F9P-L1L2-NH boards.

In AgIO I am not getting any signal from either of the boards, GPS box on AgIO is not green. My steering box is Green so I know my ethernet connection is good. I re-uploaded the firmware to both boards and still no luck

Any suggestions on what is going on here?

I recently upgraded to dual and if you have done everything right just give it a minute or two and antenna icon will go green. Its a bit slower startup than single(in my case). And I think it also wants a better view of the sky, are antennas outside?
