I installed this on my case magnum 215 tractor and I did not notice it at the start but it seems to be loading up my hydraulics a bit. Even if I have AOG powered off I can hear it in the tractor and if I turn the steering wheel a little bit it seems to unload it. Also if I lift an implement up and dead head the implement for a second I can hear it and it continues to make noise until I lower the unit a tiny bit or turn the steering wheel.
Any thoughts
Thanks
If I have the tablet on and monitor the pressure from the baraki valve just sitting still do nothing with the auto steer not engaged the pressure reads about 20% if I dead head a hydraulic cylinder and let off the hydraulics the pressure goes to 25 to 30% and will stay there even after I let off the control, if I move the steering wheel monetarily the pressure will drop back down to 20% roughly. Does this seem correct?
So I finally tracked this down in case any one else has this issue, nothing to do with the block turned out the pump commentator valve had a tiny bit of varnish on it and would not move smoothly all the time and caused the pump to still think there was a load. pulled the valve cleaned up the spool and it seems to have corrected the issue.

I notice somthing similar with my 7130 case international. sounds slightly when driving with autosteer disengaged. if i turn the wheel there is a slight resistance, then it goes away and the pump sounds less loaded.
where is the commentator valve? is that in the orbitrol?
Sorry I typed to fast it is the pump compensator valve not commentator it is also called the pump regulator/priority valve. On my tractor it is attached just below the pump located just in front of the rear axle on the passenger side. Not sure if its in the same location on the 7130. But I will note that I did NOT notice any resistance on my steering wheel
Iām not familiar with the 7130 but on most of the older cases the steering is on a separate circuit powered by a gear pump under the steps on the left side. There is a compensator but it is only for the circuit powered by the piston pump that runs the remotes and the hitch.
