Or your IP out to internet is not the same as autosteer.
I see your RTCM is listening but probably not ever sending GGA (mine shifts between the two, and kb is constantly increasing) I dont even have a autosteer board connected!
How is your computer connected to internet?
If internal SIM then this is one of the solutions: Windows 10 internet problem
