Offset on screen but not in the field...

Got an odd issue on a 470 stieger. In AgOpen and on the GPS Out data on the 2020, when I turn around on the same pass on the opposite direction, or just going back and through the field like normal I end up with an offset. It doesn’t look bad in AgOpen but it’s definitely there, on the 2020 however it’s fairly dramatic, I’d say at least 60". As you can see in the pictures though I am lined up perfectly on the line according to AgOpen and the planter is lined up pretty much perfectly as well.. This would suggest an implement offset in my mind but that and the overlap/gap are all at zero. Anything I can think of that could cause it is all set correctly.

Does the antenna offset in the 2020 need to be set to the actual offset if the right antenna or should that be at zero? I’ve got the offset set in the 2020 to the offset of the antenna at the moment.

Seems like the solution is to have a 0 antenna offset in the 2020. There’s another post I found that said the opposite though :man_shrugging:

Do you have a dual antenna setup?

As long as it works for you.

What is important is that you put in the location of the the output. Once you figure that out, it should work well.

Yes I do. Worked for both planters actually! When you say location of the output, do you mean in AgOpen?

In AgOpen, we needed to put in the height of the receiver, tractor width, etc in the setup page.

In the 2020, the setup page looks very similar to the AgOpen setup page. But what is not clear on the setup screen, the serial output was actually roll-corrected. (In our particular case, it was 26 inches offset - directly under the right receiver. I think that might change depending on how the serial output is configured.)
But when we told the 2020 that the receiver is on top of the cab (like setup page on AgOpen), the 2020 did its own roll correction. That threw everything way off. Once I determined what was happening, I told the 2020 that the receiver height is 1 inch. Then I only get roll correction from the AgOpen serial and not a second time from the 2020.
