Setting up gps to work via ethernet

Hey

im sure this has been done but i cant seem to find what the best way to set this up? do i need a separate power for the gps?

You need to explain exactly what you mean as ā€œsetting up gps over ethernetā€ isn’t really a thing.

Have been using agopen for gps only- however it seems to consistently loose connection randomly. If I unplug the usb and reconnect it it works again for a short while. Only thing I can plug this doing to is the usb connection is unstable so was going to change it to work via Ethernet

With which PCB?

I think hes got no pcb, only f9p and usb cable.

You need an arduino uno and rj45 shield to achive what you want. But I would rather go for any AIO pcb.

Yeah that’s correct just the f9p, it’s more about the Ethernet being more stable with vibrations.

There are some interesting results with ā€œ'ethernet F9Pā€
